Happy Very Late Birthday Grandma Diane! We love you and miss you!
...playing Battling Tops with Great Grandma Barker...
...playing with the box that our new bunk beds came in...
...making homemade play dough...
...smearing chocolate syrup all over the place...
...and jumping on Grandpa JJ's air mattress.
The beginning.
Carter helping everyone by using a screwdriver set as a pan flute so he could be like Peter Pan. He spent most of the day challenging people to a sword fight using wrenches.
En guarde Will!
Not quite three hours into the project--the box said it should take approximately three hours total. Boxes are liars.
The finished project, six hours after starting time.
Carter and Uncle Burdette
**Monday night, we worked in the yard for a couple of hours, picked a bunch of tomatoes and after the boys were in bed, Mommy and Daddy made and canned 8 1/2 quarts of tomato soup (email me if you want the recipe, it's absolutely FANTASTIC!)
We hope everyone had a great weekend and we want to send a shout out to our buddies, Peter and Adam, and congratulate them and their parents on the arrival of their new sister!
